okay, so as most people have probably noticed, I haven't been on dA.  and after this point, I probably won't be able to. right now, I'm on vacation in Arizona, just like last year.  but unlike last year, there's no way I can possibly catch up with all I've missed in the past, what, 8 months? and there wouldn't be a point. the updated version of dA and my computer don't just get along, it's practically banned.  my internet can't handle the new layout.  it sometimes worked with the older layout, but with this new one, it just doesn't work. maybe with my new job at RadioShack, I'll be able to get a deal with a satellite company for internet,

so it's my birthday tomorrow.  I'll be 19.  yippee for me.  I hope to have a few people over, but it looks like most people can't come.  oh well... more cake for me. :) My net still doesn't like dA much.  it likes crashing the site.  I did manage to pull an old survey of Aru's and decided what the heck. So there's a good reason for why I haven't been around - posting, commenting, faving, anything like that.  And it's very simple.  Most of you already know it, but I figured it's been long enough and I'll give it a shot. My internet sucks. It seems to have a feud with DeviantArt.  It'll let me see my page.  It'll occassionally let me see a journal.  But deviations?  Forget it.  Not allowed.  The page itself loads, but the deviation either starts to load and then gives up, or it stays a gray box.  I try the downloading option when it's available, and i.e. will either stay a blank screen or load part of the way and then stop.  It teases me.  A
